Renewacups are compostable paper cups made from Forest Stewardship Council (FSC)-certified plant fibers, including sugarcane bagasse and agave. Designed for both hot and cold beverages, they offer a plant-based alternative to traditional oil-based plastic cups.
Renewacups are designed to meet ASTM D6400 standards for home and commercial composting environments, with TÜV Austria verification currently pending. Once certified, these cups will be fully verified for disposal in composting bins, breaking down entirely under proper composting conditions — helping reduce oil-based plastics in circulation.
Made entirely from plant-based materials, Renewacups contain zero oil-based polymers in either the product or its packaging. They are nontoxic and safe for all foodservice applications, free from Bisphenol A (BPA), per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS), and polylactic acid (PLA). With rigorous third-party testing, these cups are designed to comply with environmental regulations and suit the needs of health-conscious consumers.
