Our compostable agave straws are made with agave fibers upcycled from tequila production and bio-based polymers such as polyhydroxyalkanoates (PHAs) and polyhydroxybutyrates (PHBs). Formulated to replace traditional fossil-fuel plastics, these compostable drinking straws are designed for strength, comfort, and reliable performance in all beverages.

Certified for Home and Industrial Composting

Composting certification in foodservice matters to ensure the proper disposal of products and prevent the contamination of composting streams. Our agave straws meet BPI (ASTM D6400) and TUV Home Compostable standards. This means they are verified for composting in both commercial and home composting environments. Dual certification offers flexibility for compliance with regulations while building customer confidence.

No Added PFAS & Food-Contact Safe

Our agave straws are safe for all foodservice applications and contain no intentionally added per- and polyfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS).
